This is a client-side focused application. We collect minimal personal data:

• User Inputs: Speeches, arguments, and case text you enter into the platform are processed to provide coaching feedback.
• API Keys: Your Google Gemini API key is stored locally in your browser's Local Storage. We do not transmit this key to our own servers.
• Local State: Your practice history and settings are stored locally on your device.

3. Third-Party Services

Our platform utilizes the Google Gemini API. When you use AI features, your inputs are sent to Google for processing. Use of these features is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not control how Google handles this data.

4. Data Storage

Data stored in Local Storage remains on your device until you clear your browser cache or delete it manually. We do not maintain a central database of your personal debate content in this MVP version.

5. Your Rights

Since your data is stored locally, you have full control over it. You can delete your practice history and API configuration at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as we add new features. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
