WinDebate uses Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini) to provide feedback and opponent simulations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or occasionally biased.
  • The AI is a training tool and does not provide professional, legal, or authoritative advice.
  • Users are responsible for verifying any factual claims made by the AI.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the platform and any content you provide. You agree not to use the platform for:

  • Generating hateful, harassing, or illegal content.
  • Attempting to bypass security measures or API restrictions.
  • Interfering with other users' enjoyment of the platform.

4. API Configuration

Users may provide their own API keys for enhanced functionality. You are responsible for any costs incurred via your own API keys. WinDebate is not responsible for any charges on your Google Cloud/AI Studio account.

5. Intellectual Property

The WinDebate platform, including its design, code, and proprietary knowledge base, is the property of its creators. Your individual speeches and case inputs remain your property, though they are processed by third-party AI as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

WinDebate is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific training needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinDebate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
